How to Find an Online Therapist in Minnesota

Getting Started: Choose a Therapist

  • 1.

    Explore Our Staff Directory:
    Use the “Choose a Therapist” button in the top navigation to view our staff page and learn more about our providers.

  • 2.

    Filter Your Options:
    Use the dropdowns above the therapist’s photos to filter the list of providers.

  • 3.

    View Provider Details:
    Click on the provider’s name or profile picture to view their full page.

  • 4.

    Schedule an Appointment:
    On the provider’s page, click the "Schedule An Appointment" button to access our scheduling system.

In the Scheduler: Book an Appointment

  • 1.

    New Client Scheduling:
    Click the “Request Appointment" button.

    (After you are established as a new client, you will click the client portal button to choose future appointment dates.)

  • 2.

    Select Your Therapist:
    Choose your therapist’s name from the list.

  • 3.

    Check Availability: Follow the prompts to view the therapist's availability calendar.

  • 4.

    Request Appointment: Enter your contact information and click the "Request an Appointment" button.

  • 5.

    Check your inbox:
    You will receive a confirmation email once the provider has accepted your appointment request. This email will also include a green sign in button to complete necessary forms prior to your first session.

If you don’t see the confirmation email after you request an appointment, please search your spam folder for: yourprovider@simplepractice.com and mark it as important.
