Navigating through life can sometimes be difficult and painful. Partnering with a professional can help you get through the stormy waters, manage the difficulties and the pain, and access the resources you have within to find more peace and calm. I promote a caring and nurturing environment where you are invited to explore avenues in guided and unique ways.

My own lifepath brought me to a place of reflection and understanding in which I would like to give back to my community of clients. Originally from a Romania, I migrated to the United States encountering many more experiences in different areas in my life. Those experiences made me the person I am today. I am fluent in English and Romanian and have proficiency in Spanish.

 I blend knowledge, evidence-based practice techniques and years of experience to help clients establish and meet their goals. My approach is integrative and individualized to the client and their issues. I have recently added Rapid Resolution Therapy to the wide range of approaches that I offer (https://www.rapidresolutiontherapy.com/rrt-perspective).

I am a pre-licensed provider. This is a step all licensed therapists go through on their path to full licensure. My supervisor at Minnesota Online Counseling is Dave Halper, MA, LMFT, License #1644.
