Faye is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides therapy services to individuals and couples. She specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, life stressors, and relationship issues. Faye works with adults. She is licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Faye is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and has additional training in neuroscience treatment of trauma, anxiety and stress disorders. She works with clients using a strength based, person-centered approach to help them achieve their goals. Faye uses psychoeducation and skills to empower clients to improve their mental health, while using respect, compassion, and empathy to build the therapeutic relationship.
Faye received her B.A. in Social Work from St. Catherine University (College of St. Catherine) and her M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Argosy University. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in both Minnesota (2579) and Wisconsin (1162-124).
Outside of providing therapy, she enjoys time with her family, spending time in nature, reading and traveling.
