Welcome! As a relationship therapist who understands the unique challenges of our times, I offer a thoughtful, empathetic, and focused space for couples as well as individuals navigating overwhelm, anxiety, or OCD.

For individuals experiencing worries, avoidance, or repetitive thoughts and behaviors, I provide practical tools and a supportive presence to help you move beyond temporary relief and achieve lasting change.

With experience across a few professional fields and two master’s degrees—the last in marriage and family therapy—I bring both depth and research to my practice. I am a pre-licensed provider under the supervision of Dave Halper, MA, LMFT, license #1644, a necessary step on the path to full licensure.
