Kathryn holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has advanced training in the treatment of trauma, Play Therapy, and self- regulation for individuals of all ages. Kathryn has significant experience providing therapy for individuals, couples, families and children. Her approach reflects her values and beliefs that all humans have the innate capacity and drive toward healing and health when given the right supports. Providing a safe environment that encourages and supports these drives allows the individual to direct their own course toward achieving their own goals.

Kathryn has worked with children and adults struggling with serious mental health issues such as Depression, Anxiety, Schizophrenia, Post Traumatic Stress, and Major Mood Disorders. She has also worked with family conflict, parenting challenges, and couples presenting with a variety of concerns.
